MIM Architecture is led by Charlotte Mone, with over a decade of experience in high-end custom residential and boutique hospitality design. Her work is rooted in a love for raw materials, contextual storytelling, and close client collaboration.

Charlotte’s design sensibility was shaped by her time at Olson Kundig in Seattle, where she spent four years developing a language of material honesty, thoughtful detailing, and strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, where she was born and raised. After six years in Seattle, she relocated to Vermont with her husband (a native Vermonter) and their two young children, drawn by the region’s natural beauty and a slower pace of life.

She is currently pursuing architectural licensure in the state of Vermont and is available for work across the Northeast.
